NIKE - Product Design and Graphic Direction

Designed many of the most iconic Nike Headwear silhouettes. Involved in the creation and patent of headwear innovations, including the Aerobill, Pro Swoosh Flex, Dri-Fit Swooshflex. Created the industry’s first laser perforated headwear fabrics and integrated ventilation in Headwear.

Created headwear specific Dri-Fit materials and performance silhouettes still in use today (Featherlight, Daybreak, 6-4-3 Fitted, Vapor Swooshflex)

Designed the First Roger Federer RF Logo Hat. Refined the logo with precision to be executed flawlessly in 3D Embroidery. A career highlight to be thanked by Roger in person and invited to attend Wimbleton for the 2008 Championship.

Nike Women's Featherlight Performance headwear. Created Women's specific fits and worked with Nike Athletes such as Maria Sharapova to gain insights to develop innovative features, such as low-profile one-piece velcro that does not pull hair.

NIKE TEAM SPORTS - Product Design and Graphic Direction

Instrumental in Nike securing thier first ever MLB on-field contract and helped renegotiate contract to expand headwear agreement to include performance, fitted and snapback siolhettes.

Created Nike’s and the industry’s first ever line of licensed performance headwear.

Concepts designs for Hatworld / Lids exclusive SMU products. Seasonal concepts were presented directly to accounts. Traveled to overseas vendors to explore concepting and approve / oversea production and development.

Created top-selling seasonal NCAA Sideline headwear collections, positioning Nike as the premier NCAA licensee of collegiate headwear.

Developed seasonal trend concepts to expand the Women's licensed headwear line.

NEW ERA - 3D Design and Rendering

Digital product exploration in CLO 3D showcasing how accessory items such as headwear can be built. High Quality renders created to highlight how graphic techniques like embroidery can be executed to look photo real. Digital Products can quickly be recolored and graphics updated to reduce sampling and quickly allow design exploration and speed up timelines.

CARTER'S - Product Design, Graphic Design and Retail Assortment

Built partnership with CLC and Outerstuff to create Carter’s first infant / toddler and kid's NFL and NCAA product lines with industry leading materials, graphics and fit. Partnered with merchandising to direct DTC strategy to maximize online and in-store exposure. Help establish framework to expand product line to MLB, NBA, and HBCU teams.

Provided market and trend research to design and develop headwear concepts and techpacks for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 seasons for Men's and Youth Volcom, Hurley, Billabong, RVCA and Women's Athleta product lines.

BAD BIRDIE GOLF - Product Design, Graphic Design and Retail Assortment

Provided brand visioning, market and trend research, designs & techpacks for SS26 Men's headwear assortment.

NIKE SPORT CULTURE - Strategy, Product Design and Graphic Direction

Nike and New Era first every collaboration, created for the 25th Anniversary of the Air Force 1. Helped build brand relationship that continued with further collaborations.

Footlocker House of Hoops Headwear wall. Created concept for an entire headwear wall of Licensed and Nike branded Fitted and Snapback Headwear to capture hook-ups with key Footwear styles exclusive to the Footlocker House of Hoops concept store.

Seasonal Headwear Collection. Created Graphics and refined premium, washed relaxed hat as consistent top performing wallbay collection.
